We will offer all of our guests who stay at the Jubilee Farms rental property the chance to cook with the ingredients we are currently growing on the farm. Guest have full access to the kitchen so all they have to do is request a meal basket from us and we will deliver the recipe and all ingredients necessary to make the meal. We love providing a farm fresh meal and a great way to bond with friend
Zuchinni, cabbage, tomato and red onion salad with sesame ginger dressing. So zingy and delicious.
Crispy oven baked cauliflower bites. These cook up in mere minutes and are so delicious and healthy.
Zuchinni’s from the farm offer a great alternative to a heavy pasta dish. We added meatballs to make it a bit more filling. Combined with mozzarella, marinara sauce, ricotta, parmesan and basil and cooked up in the oven in about fifteen minutes, this one is easy and delicious!
It seems that every corner of the farm is the perfect spot for a picnic.

Off the kitchen is a hallway that leads to the bathroom first floor bedroom, living room and front door. The back entrance, which is right off the driveway in the back of the house, is primarily used as the main entrance and is through the kitchen.

We are working on growing a large crop of veggies this summer season so we can provide fresh vegetables to our guests at the Jubilee Farms vacation rental. It is our goal to be farm to table with the vegetables and to source all meat from local farmers and suppliers in Virginia. I planted the watermelon from seed on May 5th and you can now see the large stem leaves forming.

The fruit will be going in the ground and trained up the silver fencing any day now.

Planning to cover the garden in blue hydrangeas, white hydrangeas, pink and white peonies, salvia and lots of classic perrenials for a lush garden to give this house a beautiful scene for garden parties, renters, and weddings.
We will have to pick a very specific set of flowers to sit beanath this shaded garden area beneath the canopy of the big beautiful trees at the end of the driveway.
